The Heart of Our Ministry

Our goal is to be a church that is passionately pressing toward the goal of sanctification as we conform ourselves to the likeness of Christ. The Bible clearly shows us that His church will be strong when the individual parts come together in truth and unity. Those parts are unique individuals that God has divinely placed into families.

The role of a church leader is then to be sure that we are first and foremost all about the ministry of equipping and strengthening family leaders to boldly, humbly, and lovingly bring their family's giftedness into the church body. The church leader's role is to oversee the flock and ensure that family leaders have everything they need from us as they accept the responsibility of discipling and leading their team. As families grow in their knowledge of Christ, outreach and evangelism to our local and foreign communities become a natural overflow as God's love streams from our homes into the hearts of those who need Jesus.

We have found that glorious relational and spiritual heights can be found when men and women look to the Word of God to direct their family's spiritual growth. As church leaders we have prayerfully looked to the Word to counsel us on how we can provide the most effective opportunity for women to be equipped and encouraged to climb the heights with their Savior. Our desire is to encourage men and women to focus their hearts on the following four relationships in the following priority:
